From the Maui International Airport in Kahului to Maalaea Village it's about 12 miles. Leaving the airport, drive west on Highway 380 following the signs to Lahaina. In about 10 miles Hwy 380 'tees' into Hwy 30. Turn left on Hwy 30 again following the signs to Lahaina. Watch for the sign to Maalaea Village, about 1 mile and take a left on Maalaea Road (it's before the stoplight near Carl's Jr and if you miss it then turn left there). Then take the first left, Hauoli St., and we're the third complex on the right at 50 Haouli St.
