Reservations are confirmed when deposit is received. Upon receipt of payment an email confirmation will be sent.

Rates quoted f'or Regular or Value Season are based on weekly stay. Less than 3 nights an out-cleaning fee will be charged ($70.00). Rates do not include daily housekeeping. This can be arranged if needed. Rates are also subject to Hawaiian Tax & Trans Accommodation Tax (13.42%).

DAMAGE: Any damages caused by a guest will be the responsibility of the guest to repair, replace, or reimburse. Should the owners have to sue the guest for damages, the guest will be responsible for damages, all court costs and attorney fees.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We advise all travelers to purchase travel insurance in the case of an emergency cancellation. Once full paymentt is received usually 6 weeks before arrival, we will refund any monies received if we can re-book your rental dates. All cancellations are subject to $50 fee.

All changes and cancellations must be made in writing by email using the Contact Form on this site and a reply back from us is needed to confirm the request.

CHECK-IN PROCEDURES: Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check-out time is 1l:00 AM. Please check your airline schedule, you may need to book an additional night. If so, we will charge 50% of the nightly rate for an extended check-out time.

MAID SERVICE: No daily maid service is included in your rental rate. House keeping services are available at additional cost. Starter supplies provided are not replenished. Supplies include dish washing liquid, dishwasher soap, paper towels, tissue, trash liners, bar soap and toilet paper.

SMOKING: We ask that if you smoke please do so outdoors as smoking is not permitted in any of our rental accommodations.

HAWAIIAN LIVING: We ask that you please remove your shoes upon entering the condo.

OCCUPANCY: One Bedroom unit - 4 persons and Two Bedroom unit - 6 persons

ROOM ASSIGNMENTS: Sometimes problems may arise. Problems rarely occur but should such a situation arise whereby the condonniniunn becomes unavailable; we reserve the right to substitute an alternative condo up to and including day of arrival. All reservations are subject to cancellation or change for reasons including, but not limited to, labor strikes, acts of God, failure of guests to vacate as scheduled, or sale of unit.

INTERNET ACCESS: Will be provided at no charge. You will need your own laptop computer.
